In the last week of May 2025, Taizhou Huangyan Zhanghua Beauty Products Factory, led by Chairman Zhang Huadong and Director Jiang Yan, started a unique 5-day team-building trip in Shandong. This team building takes "patriotism education, corporate culture practice, and humanistic care transmission" as the main line, deeply integrating the red gene, Confucian culture, and corporate spirit, allowing more than 100 production line and administrative department employees to feel the spiritual power while walking and build team consensus in communication.
1. Red Footprints: From War Memories to Spiritual Inheritance
The day's itinerary kicked off with a heavy historical baptism. After the team arrived in Taierzhuang, they visited the Taierzhuang Battle Memorial Hall. More than a thousand Chinese and Japanese materials and cultural relics, and nearly a thousand calligraphy and painting works in the museum, panoramically restored the battle that shocked China and the world in 1938. The employees stopped and gazed at the wall of heroes, and in the tragic narrative of "an inch of land and an inch of blood", they deeply realized that peacetime is hard-won. That night, strolling in the ancient city of Taierzhuang, the neon lights and the sound of oars on both sides of the canal intertwined, and the grand scene of "fishing fires on the river" in the past formed a sharp contrast with the war memories in the memorial hall, allowing employees to understand the profound connotation of "family and country feelings" in the leap between history and reality.
The next day's trip to Tai'an Tianyi Lake Tourism Resort integrated the humanistic care of teamwork into the natural ecology. On the wooden plank road around the lake, employees either walked hand in hand or became professional photographers to take pictures of each other; the administrative department and front-line employees spontaneously formed a "temporary care team" to take care of the children of the family members accompanying the group. This kind of interaction that breaks down departmental barriers allows "family culture" to take root quietly in a relaxed atmosphere.
2. Cultural Roots: From Taishan Style to Confucius and Mencius Philosophy
The trip to Taishan is the cultural highlight of this team building. After taking the transportation bus to Zhongtianmen, the team headed towards Yuhuangding along the established route of "climbing the peak bravely". On the way, the logistics department thoughtfully prepared anti-heat supplies such as Rendan and Musk Zhengqi Water, which became a strong backing for the whole team. The administrative staff took the initiative to share the backpacks for the weaker employees, showing the team character of "never abandon, never give up". Under the thoughtful arrangement of the chairman, the employees took the cableway directly to Nantianmen. As the cable car climbed, everyone overlooked the magnificent sea of clouds and pine waves on Mount Taishan - the steel cable shuttled between the mountains, the clouds and mist surged like waves under their feet, and the strange peaks and rocks loomed in the light and shadow, just like Zhanghua's development attitude of "standing firmly at the forefront and overlooking the wind and clouds" in the wave of the industry. When all the staff reached the top of the mountain at an altitude of 1,545 meters, the poem "I will climb to the top" echoed Zhanghua's vision of "the peak of science and technology, the peak of a hundred years" - the majestic and magnificent Mount Taishan is just like the company's determination to climb the peak of the industry; the mutual support during the mountaineering is a vivid footnote to the corporate purpose of "don't do ninety-nine, ensure one hundred percent".
In Jinan, the team visited the Baotu Spring, Heihu Spring, and other springs and Qushuiting Street in depth. The trip to the Three Confucius Temples in Qufu is an in-depth dialogue between Confucian culture and corporate culture. At the opening ceremony of the city gate, the invitation of the eulogist was intertwined with the morning bell. At the moment when the ten thousand feet palace wall slowly opened, the employees seemed to travel through the prosperous era of ritual and music. In the Dacheng Hall of the Confucius Temple, 18 stone pillars with 1,296 dragons carved on them are shocking, just like Zhanghua's quality adherence to "100 million boxes without defective products"; the plaque of the Confucius Mansion "Poetry and Rites Passed Down from Generation to Generation" coincides with the company's belief of "quality , reputation "; the family inheritance of the Confucius Forest spanning 2,400 years makes the employees understand the profound meaning of "a century-old enterprise". The "Golden Voice and Jade Resonance" light and shadow show in the Nishan Holy Land, with rituals and music as the pen and "The Analects" as the ink, cleverly connects the Confucian core concepts of "benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom and trustworthiness" with Zhanghua's innovative practices of "green environmental protection" and "all-plant hair dyeing", completing the creative transformation of traditional culture and modern corporate values.
3. Spiritual sublimation: from historical dialogue to contemporary responsibility
On the last day of the trip, the team walked into the Huaihai Campaign Memorial Hall. In front of the telegram manuscript "On the Operational Guidelines of the Huaihai Campaign", in the silent narration of more than 2,200 cultural relics and historical materials, the employees deeply understood the power of "people's war". This "victory pushed by a small cart" forms a spiritual resonance with Zhang Hua's development concept of "employees as the foundation and market as the orientation" - just as the victory of the Huaihai Campaign is inseparable from the unity of the army and the people, the long-term development of the enterprise also requires the concerted efforts of all employees.
This Shandong team building is not only a leap in geographical space, but also a climb in the spiritual dimension. From the war memory of Taierzhuang to the cultural backbone of Mount Tai, from the ideological immersion of the hometown of Confucius and Mencius to the spiritual baptism of the Huaihai Campaign, patriotism education runs through it like a red line, corporate culture permeates people's hearts like spring rain, and humanistic care is the soil that nourishes the team. As Chairman Zhang Huadong said at the summary meeting, "We have walked through not only the landscapes and culture of the land of Qilu, but also the spiritual roadmap of Zhanghua's journey to 'Centennial Tianfeng'.
